2024 PYRAMID STILLWATER SCHOOL
The Pyramid Stillwater School is designed to help you improve your overall stillwater game...and have fun doing it at the same time. You will be immersed in a instructional environment that will teach you a variety of skills and then put them to use in practical applications. Our Chief Instructor, Phil Rowley, is a legend in stillwater fishing and is backed up by our team of professional guides at Pyramid Fly Co. You will get real knowldege that you can apply to any stillwater setting in North America all while experiencing the home of the World's Largest Cutthroat Trout, Pyramid Lake, Nevada.
2023 "THE GEAR UP FOR THE 'MID EVENT"
It's back and bigger than ever! On Saturday, Sep 23rd we will kick off the Pyramid Lake season with the 3rd iteration of the "Gear up for the 'Mid event". In true Nevada fashion We will be holding it at the Battle Born Beer Brewery on 360 E 5th Street in Reno, Nevada. Come on out and check out all the season's awesome outdoor and fishing gear, hang with cool people, enjoy good grub, great beer, and support a worthy cause. This year we will be holding this event as a fundraiser for Cast Hope and also will be hosting the Fly Fishing Film Tour. We will have a giant raffle (A Traeger Grill is up for grabs), 5$ Beer, 20$ BBq Plates, and even an opening ceremony performed by the Pyramid Lake Pauite Tribe. The Event is FREE to the public, and Film Tour Tickets are $20 (Link below for Film Tour)

2023 Bobber Clinic!
Yes! A bobber clinic coming this February 5th at Pyramid Lake! Want to learn more about how to indicator fish for the World's largest Cutthroat Trout? We got you! Maybe you always wanted to fish Pyramid but weren't ready yet? Come on out! This clinic will cover all the basics of indicator fishing, and we will provide everything you need. Plenty of on the water time to learn casting techniques, fly presentation, depth searching, and how to reel these big trout in. We will also have Rio products/FarBanks on hand with demo lines, rods, and all kinds of cool stuff you can try your hand at. $200.00/person and includes lunch. 2022 "The Gear Up For The 'Mid Event"

Moonlight River Raid - Qualifier
