Berkshire ten-bone Traeger smoked over mesquite pellets. Smoked and grilled whole then cut to ensure the tastiest Berkshire pork experience! Served with pan roasted almonds and dried cranberry ghee sauce.
Pork shoulder a.k.a. pork butt. We rub these down with Montana Mex spices and then Traeger smoke them over Hickory pellets low and slow for around 11 hrs. These then transform into awesome pulled pork sandwiches and burritos!
